wow a year and a half since my last journal posting!! sheesh.

I've been so busy. My job requires me to sit in front of a computer for 8 hours a day and "be creative". So by the time I get home in the evening, I don't want to sit another minute in front of a computer. Ergo, my creativity has suffered. I did just upload some of the better stuff from my job, but unfortunately, most of what I do is not creative enough for DA. Yeah, I know, same old story "my job is sucking the life out of me".

On to some good news! My husband was accepted to Grad school in the UK, so we are moving to Glasgow in September! YAY. If anyone sees this from Glasgow, please, any advice would be much appreciated, or even Scotland or the UK in general. We've been trying to read up on cultural differences so as not to be offensive, but that only gets you so far. Like I know now never to say "fanny" in the UK. Not that I would in the states; here it's an old fashioned word for derriere. There is apparently a severely horrendous curse word along the lines of c***. Who knew?
